This comprehensive course is conducted through live, instructor-led training sessions, spanning five days with four hours of instruction each day. Participants will engage in a highly interactive learning environment, collaborating with fellow learners to deepen their understanding of the course material. Homework assignments will be provided via our cutting-edge social learning platform, further enriching the learning experience. To qualify for the two prestigious credentials, learners must ensure they attend at least 18 out of the 20 course hours and complete all course homework.

Gain an overview of the Scrum framework, including its core components and processes.
Understand the principles of Agile and how they foster adaptability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Day 2: Scrum Fundamentals
Delve into Scrum roles, including Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Development Team, and understand their responsibilities and interactions.
Learn about Scrum artifacts such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Increment, and how they contribute to transparency and adaptation.
Master the art of backlog refinement, ensuring well-defined and prioritized items for effective sprint planning.
Day 3: Planning & Execution
Discover various estimation techniques, including story points and planning poker, to accurately forecast work efforts.
Master the process of Sprint Planning, defining goals, selecting backlog items, and creating a realistic plan for sprint execution.
Explore the importance of Daily Scrum meetings, fostering communication, transparency, and effective problem-solving.
Day 4: Scaling & Continuous Improvement
Learn about Scrum@Scale, a framework that enables the seamless scaling of Scrum across large organizations and complex projects.
Understand the purpose of Sprint Review, evaluating completed work, gathering stakeholder feedback, and adapting future plans.
Examine Scrum patterns, proven practices that can enhance team collaboration, productivity, and project outcomes.
Day 5: Product Strategy & Prioritization
Develop a compelling product vision, aligning stakeholders and guiding product development efforts.
Learn to create product canvases, visualizing key aspects of your product and fostering collaboration among team members.
Master roadmapping and release planning, charting the course for product evolution and defining incremental delivery milestones.

Upon completion of the CAVU Agile Accelerator course, learners will be eligible to obtain the Registered Scrum Master (RSM) and Registered Product Owner (RPO) credentials. To achieve these certifications, they will need to pass two separate exams from Scrum Inc’s Agile Education Program.
Each exam consists of 30 multiple-choice questions.
Learners must score 75% or higher to pass each exam.
Learners will have up to 30 days to complete the exams.
Exams can be saved and returned to at any time within the 30-day period.
Each learner will have two opportunities to pass the exams.
If a learner fails to pass an exam after the second attempt, they can schedule a coaching session with an experienced Agile professional to address any areas of difficulty.
After the coaching session, the learner will be granted a third opportunity to pass the exam.
Once the learners have successfully passed both the RSM and RPO exams, they will be awarded the respective credentials, demonstrating their proficiency in the Scrum Master and Product Owner roles. These certifications will validate their Agile knowledge and skills, making them valuable assets to any organization implementing Agile methodologies.
